Pay day loans are helping to sustain average Americans who are facing hard times in this tough economy. For those of us who are on fixed incomes and others of us living just above the poverty level, pay day loans have provided an extra source of income for those unseen bills that occur when payday is still days away. Thank you Gerri for looking out for the little man.

The excerpt is from and HSBC card I just received -- is it legal to apply payments to lower APR balances first?

http://www.premiercardbenefits.com/1/2/3/home << they also say it here

We apply the amount of your payment equal to the Minimum Payment Due at our discretion and generally to lower APR balances before higher APR balances. We apply any payment in excess of the Minimum Payment Due on your Account to higher APR balances before lower APR balances.

thank you!
